科创中心建设背景下济南市科技创新能力研究——基于京沪轴若干城市的比较

构建包括创新资源、创新环境、创新产出和创新成效四个方面的城市科技创新能力评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定指标权重,运用城市创新能力综合评价模型测算京沪创新轴各城市创新能力,采用聚类分析找准济南的对标城市,重点研究济南的创新发展水平及与对标城市存在的差距和不足,并进一步提出提升创新能力,打造区域性科技创新中心的对策建议。

糖料罐搅拌防漏装置的改造

文章根据糖料(香精)罐搅拌装置原有的结构特点和性能要求,设计一个联接传动器,改变减速机和搅拌传动轴的直接联接驱动方式,把减速机与糖料(香精)罐罐体隔离开来,在保证减速机和联接传动器正常运行的前提下,使减速机润滑油渗漏后能够及时发现,以便采取有效维修措施,并且实现减速机漏油和香精糖料的隔离保护,防止油污染香精糖料事件发生。改进安装后的联接传动器运行平稳,维修方便,具有推广意义。     

行政区划视角下城市空间发展战略研究——以江苏省常州市为例

20世纪80年代中期以来的20多年时间内,常州城市空间的发展轴线出现了根本性转变,一改千年来的沿大运河的东西轴向为南北轴向,而与此同时,近20多年常州经济发展的相对滞缓,导致这种现象的原因很多且复杂,常州行政区划长期的不合理设置状况,显然是制约常州市城市空间发展和经济发展相对落后的一个具有决定性意义的重要因素。本文从行政区划体制的角度,分析了常州城市发展空间发展轴线转变的原因,在通过反思20年来城市空间发展战略得失的基础上,提出常州城市空间发展新战略。

Siting a facility in continuous space to maximize coverage of a region

Siting facilities in continuous space such that continuously distributed demand within a region is optimally served is a challenging location problem. This problem is further complicated by the non-convexity of regions typically encountered in practice. In this paper a model for maximizing the service coverage of continuously distributed demand through the location of a single service facility in continuous space is proposed. To address this problem, theoretical conditions are established and associated methods are proposed for optimally siting a service facility in a region (convex or non-convex) with uniformly distributed demand. Through the use of geographic information systems (GIS), the developed approach is applied to identify facility sites that maximize regional coverage provided limitations on facility service ability.     

常州市区行政区划体制创新

常州市近20多年来经济发展的相对滞缓,导致这种现象的原因多且复杂,常州行政区划长期的不合理设置状况,是制约常州市城市空间发展和经济发展相对落后的一个具有根本性的重要原因.文章从常州市区行政区划演变开始,分析了常州市区行政区划的现状与特点,指出常州市区U型政区结构与东西两翼分割以及常州一武进并立而导致的"一个城市,两个行政主体"格局对城市发展空间发展轴线转变以及整个常州市区发展的不利影响与后果,提出常州市区行政区划创新的方案,分析其优缺点,并就非行政区划手段提出了一些建议.     

Measuring the spatial economic impact of the Maputo Development Corridor

Years after being launched, the Maputo Development Corridor (MDC) is still facing a number of socio-economic challenges. Prominent amongst these are its failure to create adequate employment opportunities; a top-down functional approach which excludes ordinary citizens; and an unfocused management approach. The MDC also suffers from a lack of clarity on key conceptual issues such as the economic influence exerted by its nodes along the corridor and the width of its economic influence away from the spine of the corridor. This study empirically establishes the influence of nodes along the MDC and ascertains the statistical significance of the impact of the corridor over distance away from its spine. ArcGIS, standard statistical analyses and multivariate regression analysis are used to determine the relative impact of nodes on subsets of the corridor along that corridor as well as the width of its impact at various distances away from the N4 spine.
